Sandblaster/Utility Floater Position Available In Mercer, Pennsylvania

Sandblaster/Utility Floater Sharpsville Container 600 West Main Street, Sharpsville, PA Sandblaster will set up and operate a blast booth or similar equipment to perform sandblaster duties. Operator will load and unload blast booth and set up machine to remove excess weld spatter, rust, scale and other unwanted material from metal products, such as parts and castings, often to prepare surfaces for painting and other finishes. In the absence of sandblasting responsibilities, the employee will assume duties as a Production Utility Worker. These duties include, but are not limited to, performing hydrostatic testing of pressure vessels and other assigned production tasks. Perform general clean up inside when necessary and available. Various other duties when needed. Must pay attention to detail and possess ability to work independently and with others.
