Responsibilities Operates production printers and copiers by configuring settings, managing job queues, processing files, printing jobs, scanning materials, and selecting output formats. Performs operator maintenance on equipment per manufacturer specifications once properly trained on equipment. Reads job tickets and understands steps required in the workflow. Performs quality checks on equipment utilized, diagnosis and corrects performance and imaging quality problems per operator maintenance standards. Records meter reads. Provides finishing services using appropriate equipment (e.g., folding, envelope/binder insertion, stapling, stitching, drilling, and cutting). Delivers output.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Demonstrated ability to produce quality products according to specifications. General printing experience strongly preferred. Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
