Work with your team to implement the right processes and practices across our organization to help ensure flight and product efficiency. As a Bench Operator you’ll set up and operate a variety of hand tools such as hammers, files, dremels, drills, presses, low temperature ovens, pullers, and hand grinders to perform various operations such as blending, blasting & stripping, chasing threads, deburring, angle checking, coldworking metals, masking, operate CNC machine, operate tig welder and braze application. What you’ll do: Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality
Compute and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy
Observe all applicable safety practices and immediately reporting any unsafe practices or conditions
Read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints.
Follow both written and verbal instructions.
Lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
