What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist in fire, water, and mold damage cleanup and restoration. Operate extraction, drying, and cleaning equipment. Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning. Tear-out and removal of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.). Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver top-quality service. Communicate effectively with team leaders and clients. Respond to emergency calls… opportunity to earn extra pay! (Some after-hours work may be required).

Compensation:

$15-$20/hour starting base pay , based on experience. Opportunities for additional compensation and advancement into leadership, project management, or specialized technician roles. Additional compensation also available for on-call and after-hours work.

We’re Looking For:

Honest, reliable, and team-oriented individuals. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift and move 50-75 lbs regularly. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/nights. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. No felony convictions.
