Assembly – Production Position Available In Cobb, Georgia
Tallo's Job Summary: Assembly Production role pays $17.00 per hour, Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Candidates will rotate between Bagging, Degassing and Oven, trimming/QC areas. New hires start in the style and product area, learning mold and bag sizes. Tasks include placing straws in bags, degassing molds, and trimming/QC inspection. Cleaning responsibilities at the end of the day are essential.
Job Description
Assembly Production $17.00 per hour Schedule 6 a.m.
- 4 p.m. Monday
- Thursday Candidates in this area will rotate between three areas: Bagging, Degassing and Oven, trimming/QC. All new hires start out in the the style and product area learning the different mold and bag sizes where to pull them from. Bagging area
- Straws are placed in bag, they are stretched and locked down into the mold paying attention to the seam lines.
Mold is closed and given to the pumping line.
Degassers/Oven:
when the mold comes back from the pump line they are degassed
- bubbles smoothed out-cleaned any pulling or stretching and locked back in mold and placed in the ovens to set the mold size and shape.
Trimming/Qc:
Here molds are taken from the oven inspected and trimmed. Each area a person is in for roughly 1 1/2 hours. Where ever you are at the end of the day you are responsible for cleaning that area.
