Job Summary:
LioChem is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Inks and Coating Operator to join our team. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with specialized production equipment. Responsibilities include handling hazardous chemicals, managing raw and finished materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. The role also involves supporting team coverage during breaks, lunches, and vacations. We’re looking for individuals committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Operating assigned equipment safely and efficiently Follow standard operating procedures and complete required documentation and paperwork Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Handle materials throughout the production process, including retrieving raw materials, moving in-process items, and storing finished products Provide coverage during team members’ breaks, lunches, and vacation times. Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support team operations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience or comfort working safely with hazardous chemicals Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic Ability to keep accurate and organized records Strong mechanical and basic electrical aptitude Physical ability to lift and move materials such as 55 lb (25kgs) packages and move full 55- gallon drums
Education/Experience:
