Asbestos Supervisor Job Summary:
The Asbestos Abatement/Demolition Supervisor will oversee demolition and asbestos abatement projects, both residential and commercial. Job Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise team of laborers under a specific scope of work and get the job done in a timely manner
- Record all timecards daily for work completed in a mobile timecard application
- Must adhere to and enforce company safety and compliance policies and procedures at all times
- Requirements will include varying levels of physical activities such as standing, crawling, squatting, walking, and heavy lifting of up 50 lbs. or more
- Accountable for all tools/machinery taken to jobsites and making sure equipment comes back in good working condition to the warehouse
- Ability to work flexible hours due to varying project start times Job Requirements
- Must possess current Asbestos Supervisor license
- Must have OSHA 10 certification; OSHA 30 preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
- Must be able to read and speak English; Spanish speaking a plus
- Two to three years supervisor experience Principals only.
