Responsibilities:

Set diamonds and gemstones securely in various settings (prong, bezel, pave, channel, etc.) Inspect and adjust settings to ensure proper fit, alignment, and security of stones Work with a range of stone sizes, including melee and large center stones Collaborate with the production team to ensure each piece meets high jewelry standards Handle re-setting and tightening of stones as needed for repairs or adjustments

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a stone setter Mastery of precision stone setting techniques, especially in fine jewelry Ability to work with gold and platinum across different karats Familiarity with microscope-assisted setting work High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and care for craftsmanship Dependable, team-oriented, and consistent in meeting deadlines
