The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Consultant with a background in high-end design. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a similar luxury brand and possess the technical and interpersonal skills to guide clients through a refined and personalized design journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional client experience from initial consultation to project completion Present and sell a curated selection of Molteni&C collections, including sofas, tables, wardrobes, and kitchen systems Understand and communicate technical product details and finishes with confidence Collaborate with the design team to prepare layouts and visual proposals Maintain showroom presentation standards and support visual merchandising Build lasting relationships with architects, designers, and private clients
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in high-end furniture sales (required) Strong knowledge of product finishes, especially sofas, tables, and materials Experience or exposure to kitchen systems and their components (a plus) Ability to read and create basic drawings (required) Proficiency in Vectorworks or similar design software (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; Italian or Spanish is a plus
