Job Description:
DAVIDOR is looking for a Sales Experience Manager, for its Bal Harbour Shops Flagship Boutique in order to provide its clientele with a superior customer service experience. The desire to become a DAVIDOR product expert through training in the Maison’s DNA, storytelling, collections and know-how is required to be successful in the role. Applicants should have excellent business and personal references with a background in luxury fashion, leather goods, fashion accessories (jewelry experience not required). Strong communication skills, knowledge and interest of the world of luxury are essential. Applicants should be self-starters looking to work within an entrepreneurial culture. As Sales Experience Manager, you are in charge of motivating and overseeing the sales team in tandem with welcoming and servicing a highly demanding customer: You will become an expert in all of DAVIDOR’s product offering. You will work to represent the brand in the highest manner respecting the brand codes and DNA. You will be given monthly sales targets for you and your team to meet or exceed. You will come to work motivated and be a strong team leader.
- As a DAVIDOR Sales Experience Manager your role will be focused on driving the business of the Bal Harbour Shops Boutique by setting an example as a top performing seller/Brand Ambassador meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Lead with management the development of excellent in store visitor experiences which are memorable and positive for both new, existing and potential clients.
- Learn and master the operations of the Bal Harbour Shops Boutique business with a focus on optimizing in store selling experiences – inventory management and assortments, display, etc.
- Become an expert in the DAVIDOR Bal Harbour Shops business by learning about our visitors/clients – where they know us from and if they do not know us, where they are from. Assess and propose ways to reach this/a broader audience that has an effective ROI.
- Lead the team in positive client interactions and relationship building to improve the DAVIDOR seller/client experience which in the long term will have a positive effect on the business.
- Work with Management team to advance CRM/outreach efforts to insure they are respectful, actionable and rewarding.
- Assist with photo shoots, press requests, stylist relations and VIP client services in and out of the boutique.
- Work with Management and the sales team to optimize client relations with after-sales-service, special orders and how to provide the best service when faced with challenges/delays.
- Work with Management on boutique goals and individual goals.
- Work with Management to implement and share updates to display, product assortment, product pricing, business opportunities and key information.
- Work with Management to delegate boutique tasks and project to ensure productivity on a daily basis in the boutique amongst the team.
- Work with Back Office team to support operational needs such as transfers, shipping, inventory, supplies and other needs.
- Become a leader of motivation for the team during the off and peak seasons of the boutique.
- Host team meetings that are collaborative and actionable to improve daily boutique experiences for clients and the team.
- Focus with the team on what the brand is communicating, product and brand knowledge, industry news and knowledge, the local and global competition (products and brands).
- Identify what sets DAVIDOR apart from the competition and how to connect with the client by being a luxury insider.
- Educate and train new and existing team members on product, brand knowledge, selling ceremony, in store experience, post visit follow-up and outreach.
- Assist with identifying potential talent to join the boutique team.
- Share feedback with the Management team on ways to enhance and improve the training process.
- Lead by example as a star Brand Ambassador always exemplifying best practices that represent DAVIDOR at the highest level.
- Participate and lead training via Zoom and in person with each DAVIDOR Boutique (Vail, Riyadh, Doha etc.)
- Travel to DAVIDOR Boutiques or Exhibitions when needed and assist in the setup, training, sales, and other responsibilities associated with the opportunity at hand.
Profile & Qualifications:
Language:
Fluency in Spanish or French language skills preferred but not required Experience in luxury required, jewelry or watches preferred Training in sales required Rigorous and well-organized Excellent communication skills, knows how to build strong links within the team You’re interested in working with a dynamic team, and growing the business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) Open to learning and working within:
