What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in ANY craft or trade—we’ll train the right person! Detail-oriented and great with fine assembly work. Willingness to learn polishing, sizing, and repair techniques.

If you have stone setting experience , that’s a major plus! A strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and a love for craftsmanship.
