We’re looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Palm Beach office as both the Head of Office and our primary Valuations Specialist. This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a strong background in jewelry, luxury retail, or the pawn/luxury collateral lending space. You’ll oversee day-to-day office operations, lead/manage in-person client appointments and inspections, and ensure a smooth, professional, and high-touch client experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring an organized, productive, and professional environment
• Serve as the lead for in-person valuations of luxury assets, including jewelry, certified diamonds, fine watches, designer handbags, and other luxury assets.
• Conduct client appointments, both scheduled and walk-ins, with discretion and expertise
• Handle intake, inspection, and documentation of all luxury assets
• Maintain client relationships with a high level of service and confidentiality
• Coordinate with internal teams to process valuations and lending offers
• Support business development efforts and represent the brand within the local community Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in jewelry, high-end retail, pawnbroking, or luxury asset valuation
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, watches, precious metals, and/or designer brands
• Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients in a discreet and professional manner
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent communication skills
• Self-starter who can manage an office and client flow independently, as well as manage people as we build out the team with additional employees
• GIA certification or a similar background is a plus
• Experience with luxury lending or collateralized loans is a strong bonus Required Education and Experience A bachelor’s degree from an accredited University and 5+ years of management experience is preferred.
