Be part of a team that gets things done. We’re looking for a creative, efficient, and reliable Jewelry Production Assistant to join our studio in Virginia Highland. At Mickey Lynn, we handcraft small-batch jewelry for luxury spas, resorts, and our Atlanta retail store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a great eye for detail, and thrives in a productive, fast-moving environment. We’re a small team with big goals. Our studio is upbeat and collaborative, but we don’t treat this like a hobby. We value artistry—but we also value speed, consistency, and accountability. Everyone on our team understands the business and takes pride in creating beautiful work efficiently. Responsibilities Handcraft jewelry using fine motor techniques and hand tools Follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent quality Stay organized and manage daily workflow Communicate clearly and be open to feedback Assist with fulfillment for retail, online, and wholesale orders Qualifications 1+ year of experience with jewelry making, sewing, or a similar hands-on craft Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination Comfortable doing small, repetitive tasks with care and precision Dependable, positive, and collaborative
