Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Soap Maker to join our team. This role blends craftsmanship with structure, offering the opportunity to create high-quality products while contributing to process improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

Produce consistent, high-quality soap in batches, following established recipes and processes. Combine precision with creative design to craft visually appealing, functional products. Apply experience in batch-making industries such as brewing, food production, or similar fields. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process optimization. Follow instructions meticulously while maintaining a problem-solving mindset. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent problem-solving. Skilled in craftsmanship with an eye for detail and quality. Able to balance creativity with structure for consistent, reliable results. Experience in batch making or a similar hands-on production process (e.g., beer brewing, food manufacturing). Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence. Open to learning and adapting to new techniques or processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the beauty, skincare, or artisan product industry. Familiarity with sustainable practices and eco-conscious production. Knowledge of regulatory standards for consumer goods.
