We specialize in custom jewelry, appraisals, repairs, andluxury pieces. We are currently seeking a Retail Sales & JewelrySpecialist to join our team and provide an exceptional experiencefor our valued clients.
In this role, you will assist customers inselecting fine jewelry pieces, offering expert guidance on styles,stones, and metals while ensuring a high level of customersatisfaction. You will also be responsible for writing professionaljewelry appraisals, assessing the quality and value of variouspieces. Additionally, you will handle jewelry repair intake,documenting repairs accurately and maintaining clear communicationwith clients. Managing appointments for consultations, customdesigns, and appraisals will also be a key part of yourresponsibilities. To maintain the stores professional and luxuriousatmosphere, you will help ensure that jewelry displays remainorganized, clean, and visually appealing.
Prior experience injewelry sales, appraisals, or luxury retail is beneficial but notrequired, as we provide thorough training. We are looking forsomeone with strong communication and customer service skills whois eager to learn about fine jewelry. Knowledge of diamonds,gemstones, and precious metals is a plus, but we will guide youthrough the learning process. The ability to multitask and handleadministrative duties, such as appointment setting and inventorytracking, is essential. A keen eye for detail, strongorganizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,client-focused environment will make you a great fit for thisrole.
