Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Commercial and residential locksmith work. Working knowledge of computers, tablets, and smart phone devices. Manages time and meets time sensitive deadlines. Maintains and submits accurate paperwork and documentation. Always provide excellent customer service. Utilize Web base ERP to process requisitions, estimates, work orders, and invoices. Employees are responsible for providing their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided.
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. 4+ years of commercial locksmith experience. Master keying, impressions, and basic mechanical knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clean background check, driving record, and able to pass a drug test. Willingness to follow rotational on-call schedule for days, nights, and weekends. Ability to lift/ maneuver up to 60 lbs. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate organizational skills. Perform other duties as required.
