We are looking for a skilled and reliable locksmith to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lock installation, repair, and maintenance and very detailed oriented . The Locksmith will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises by providing high-quality lock services.

Job Description:

As a Commercial & Residential Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, doors, and security systems for both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a prominent level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace locks, deadbolts, and other security devices on residential and commercial properties. Rekey locks and create new keys for existing locks. Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used. Install, repair, and maintain locks and other security devices on our premises. Conduct lockouts and other emergency services. Provide expert advice on lock selection and installation. Perform routine checks to ensure that locks and security devices are functioning properly. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all areas of the property are secure

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience as a locksmith, with expertise in both commercial and residential services. Ability to lift 50lbs, Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks. Strong knowledge of lock mechanisms, access control systems, and key duplication, Auto-key duplication knowledge. Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for locksmithing tasks. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail . Strong communication and customer service skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Registered Locksmith) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Proven experience in lock installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of various lock types, including digital and keyless locks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
