Pallet Rack Installer Always Something LLC Charlotte, NC Pallet Rack Installer(s) (Contract) We are hiring skilled individuals or teams of two to join our network as Pallet Rack Installers. This role involves installing and maintaining pallet rack systems and related equipment for our retail partners on the West Coast . Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain pallet rack systems and related equipment. Follow blueprints, technical manuals, and manufacturer instructions for proper installation. Test systems after installation to ensure proper functionality. Adhere to safety standards and deliver high-quality work. Maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members. Requirements Proven experience as a Pallet Rack Installer or in a similar role. Proficiency with equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and other tools. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation and necessary tools, including: Measuring tape 1/2″ impact hammer Hammer Roto hammer Travel Details Contract-based position with potential for part-time or full-time work, depending on workload. Work involves small-scale pallet racking repairs and installations across the West Coast . Applicants must be willing to travel within the region, up to 600 miles, with the flexibility to stay in an RV for extended projects.
