Description Our customer specializes in design and installation of voice and data cabling, AV systems, security systems, and VoIP telephony for organizations within the Middle Tennessee and surrounding states. We are looking to bring on a skilled Lead Access Control Installer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining access control systems, including door strikes and magnetic locks, in commercial settings. This position does not need to be proficient within programming but will need to have some exposure to it and wants to learn. - Proven experience as an Access Control Installer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, including door strikes and magnetic locks.
- Proficiency in cutting and fitting door strikes and mag locks.
- Experience working in commercial settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications in security systems or access control (preferred).
