Competitive Compensation $25•38 an hour Great Benefits Room forGrowth Well Ventilated Facility OT Job Details Set up and operatemanual lathes, mills, and grinders for large and small componentsProgram, set up, and run CNC lathes and mills (G-code/M-codeexperience preferred) Perform roughing, finishing, andclose-tolerance machining on steel, stainless, and other industrialmaterials Read and interpret complex engineering drawings andblueprints Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspectionsusing precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers,indicators) Work with engineering and quality teams to troubleshootand improve processes Safely operate overhead cranes and forkliftsto move heavy parts when needed

What We’re Looking For:

2 years ofexperience in both manual and CNC machining Ability to workindependently from blueprints and setup sheets Experience withlarge-diameter parts, shafts, or rolls is a plus Familiarity withG-code editing, setup, and tooling selection Strong attention todetail and quality Comfortable in a job shop environment withvarying project types Interested in hearing more?
