Successful candidates must possess strong mechanical skills matched with top math and analytical ability. A strong desire to succeed in a very competitive industry and most importantly an oversized pride in building things. Our products are on the fastest aircraft, submarines and autos. Reports to:

Journeyman or Foreman Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate equipment
• Follow instructions to produce quality parts
• Maintain a minimum of 75% test score on required education
• Complete all educational & record keeping requirements on time
• Accumulate & maintain all tools required to execute your job

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Algebra I
• Geometry
• Minimum 110 IQ
• 6 months manufacturing training or certificate

Minimum Previous Experience:

• Minimum 3 yrs work or volunteer experience

Minimum Additional Training:

Drivers License Other Skills:

• All mechanical, math, and organizational skills are highly preferred.
