Are you a skilledCNC Machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding role in theengineering industry? We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedindividual to join our team as a Permanent CNC Machinist. In thisrole, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, andmaintaining CNC machines to ensure the production of high-qualitycomponents. You will also be expected to interpret blueprints,troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high level of precision in allaspects of your work. If you have a passion for precision, a knackfor problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence, we would loveto hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate and maintain CNCmachines to produce high-quality parts and components. 2. Interpretand follow blueprints to meet product specifications. 3.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and parts. 4. Useprecision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications. 5.Perform tooling, grinding, and lathe operations as required. 6.Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with companyguidelines. 7. Collaborate with a team of machinists and engineersto improve production processes. 8. Perform routine maintenance onCNC machines to ensure optimal performance. 9. Monitor output toidentify or discard any defective parts or products. 10. Adhere toall safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years ofexperience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role in theengineering industry. 2. Proficiency in CNC machine operation,blueprint reading, troubleshooting, tooling, grinding, latheoperation, and precision measurement. 3. Excellent problem-solvingskills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to interpret technicaldocuments and blueprints. 5. Strong knowledge of metal propertiesand machining procedures. 6. Ability to work independently and aspart of a team. 7. Good physical stamina and strength to lift heavyitems and work on your feet for extended periods. 8. High schooldiploma or equivalent; certification or degree in a relevant fieldis a plus. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 10.Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
