Your Key Responsibilities Complete 7,000 hours between theCollege Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturingfacilities Operate and maintain CNC, lathe and mill Inspectstooling for damage or wear after production Makes major repairs totooling Completes minor tool optimization projects Maintaincomplete and accurate records on tooling as required Maintain aclean and safe work area Follows all safety rules and practicesFollows all quality procedures Adheres to company policies, safetystandards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standardsSuccessfully complete, to the Company’s specification, courses ofstudy required for the Associates Degree in Machine Tool TechnologyYour Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Successfulcompletion of the Compass Placement Test (required for schooladmission) Ability to move or lift 35 pounds Applicants must beauthorized to work in the US without employment VISA or othersponsorship This position must meet Export Control compliancerequirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawfulpermanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
