SHIFT CNC MACHINE OPERATORS – NAPLES, FL

Direct Hire We’re actively hiring skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join our team on 2nd shift at our manufacturing facility in Naples, FL. This is a direct hire opportunity with full-time, long-term potential in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Position Summary
In this role, you will operate CNC lathe production machines based on blueprints, sketches, and route sheets. This position supports lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce cost, while maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines and perform operations such as cutting, shaping, drilling, and reaming
Rework parts and adjust machine settings (feeds, speeds, and depths) to maintain product quality
Perform finishing tasks like deburring, chamfering, and counterboring to precise tolerances
Inspect parts using gauges, comparators, measuring tools, and visual inspection under magnification
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned equipment
Follow and contribute to lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Complete required documentation and statistical process control (SPC) tasks accurately
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of machining experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and instructions
Familiarity with shop math and basic trigonometry
Working knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing processes
Basic computer skills and ability to use production tracking systems
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Forklift certification or ability to obtain is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
