Job Description
Family-owned manufacturing company has full time position for manual machinist. Company manufactures and repairs industrial equipment. Must have significant experience, 10 years or more preferred. Must have manual machining experience, CNC experience only DO not apply. Experience with manual lathes, vertical and horizontal boring mills. Position is full-time, minimum 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM. Basic Skills Needed
- Read callipers and micrometres
- Read blueprints
- Knowledge of SAE and metric conversions
- General knowledge of metallurgy
- Basic machine maintenance
- Maintaining tolerances and runout
