Job Description:
Must have a minimum 4 years technical fabrication experience in a prototype/development environment with experience in metal fabrication, mechanical assembly, and composites fabrication while working in a teaming environment.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in fabrication of basic steel and aluminum alloys using knee mill, band saw, manual lathe, basic hand-powered metal cutting.
Capable of deconflicting scheduling conflicts with customers and possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects as needed.
Proficient in computing within a Windows-based MS Office-suite centered environment for communication, scheduling, data processing, and basic data transfer.
High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree.
1-2 years of experience with Computer Measuring Machining (CMM).
2-4 years of experience with Metal Cutting/Machining -Ferrous/Non-Ferrous.
Knowledge of CNC machines and software, CATIA, Creo, Pro E, and G-code programing.
Advanced working knowledge with various metals, layout, cutting, bending, forming.
Working knowledge from concept design into product development.
