Job Description Bearon MFG is looking for a CNC Machinist tojoin our team! This role includes setting up, operating, andadjusting numerical controlled (CNC) machinery that automaticallymills, punches, drills, broaches, threads, faces, reams, andoccasional profiling and contouring of metal and/or plastic parts.
Must have the ability to follow written instructions and readblueprint specifications. Performs advanced setup operations,adjusts and checks out programming and operates numericallycontrolled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressivemachining operations on a diversified line of work to close andexacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring a highdegree of skill. May set up machines for and instruct otheroperators. Checks parts for conformance to specifications byutilizing measurement and gaging devices. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operator may run more than one unit simultaneously. /n
- Prepareand operate CNC machines to make parts to customer specifications/n
- Quality control and inspection of parts /n
- Conduct routinemachine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols /n
- Documentation and reporting of production records and machinereports /n
- Work as part of a team and identify improvements tothe optimize machining techniques, programs, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
/n
- High School or equivalent required, tradeschool (can be in mechanics, auto, manufacturing etc.) preferred /n
- 5 Years experience in CNC Operation and set-up /n
- Manufacturingexperience required; metal manufacturing preferred /n
- Mechanicalaptitude /n
- Ability to develop programming skills /n
- Greatattitude and attendance /n
- Ability to use hand tools and readblue prints /n
- Ability to use measuring tools and shopmathematics /n
- Ability to stand for 8 hours /n
- Ability to liftup to 50 pounds over the course of a shift /n
- Willingness tolearn new things /n
- Experienced in CNC Operation is a plus!
