Job Description
Our client, located just outside of Orlando, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Mazak Machinist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that manufactures components for a diverse range of industries, including Energy, Commercial, Industrial, Military, Medical, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming & Setup:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in programming using Mazatrol, determining the best processes, tools, and setups to produce high-quality components.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing programs, ensuring efficiency and precision in production.
Material Expertise:
Familiarity with a wide variety of metals and plastics, particularly in working with parts that require very close tolerances.
Quality Control:
Must have the ability to inspect your own work, identify potential issues, and recommend optimal cutting tools to enhance performance.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Mazak (Mazatrol) is essential for this role.
