What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience operating CNC mills or lathes (3-axis or 5-axis)
2+ years of experience with CNC programming
Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and work instructions
Skilled in handling both US Standard and Metric measurements
Comfortable with tolerances held to .0005″ or .127mm
Experience operating large machining equipment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and safety protocols
High level of personal discipline and attention to detail
What You’ll Do as a
CNC Machinist:
Set up, program, and operate CNC milling centers and lathes
Perform self-inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
Follow production schedules and quality assurance procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Demonstrate excellent dexterity and machine-handling skills
Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and standards
