Looking For:

? Expertise in independently setting up complex,advanced, and non-routine jobs 3 and 5 axis mills and lathes ?Proficiency in using measuring equipment like micrometers and calipers.? Ability to follow written procedures and work routers accurately. ?Experience in dismantling jigs, tools, and special fixtures. ? Skills inmaking and modifying tooling as necessary. ? Willingness to train andmentor co-workers on CNC machine operations and inspection techniques. ?A keen eye for maintaining drawing specifications by monitoring fordimensional and visual accuracy. ? Commitment to safe handling of rawmaterials and hazardous waste, in line with environmental standards. ?Dedication to performing preventive maintenance on equipment to ensurelongevity and efficiency. ? Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent(Candidates with significant experience may be considered in place offormal education). ?

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-onexperience in performing set-ups, adjustments and offsets in CNCMachining for both Mills and Lathes (Required). ?
