Job Summary:

Set-up and operate Manual grinding equipment in a skillful and efficient manner. Position Responsibilities Must be educated and trained to read blueprints and interpret engineering instructions required to produce parts consistently to extreme tolerances.
Must have high understanding of GD&T.
Must be proficient with both OD and ID grinding techniques.
Analyze and debug new grinding methods. Perform calculations and use precision inspection equipment to verify that all quality requirements are met.
Understand and follow the safety rules including keeping a neat and clean work area. Diligently perform all duties in a highly productive manner
Check and maintain oil and coolant levels on a daily basis Position Qualifications High School Diploma or Vocational School with hands on training at school or in a machine shop
