JobDetails Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, you will beresponsible for: 1. Setting up and operating CNC machines toproduce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.2. Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, engineering plans,and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). 3. Operatingvarious types of CNC equipment, including lathes and mills, in asafe and efficient manner. 4. Conducting regular inspections ofmachinery, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimalperformance. 5. Performing routine maintenance on machinery,including cleaning and lubrication. 6. Working closely with thequality control team to ensure that all parts meet stringentquality standards. 7. Identifying and troubleshooting problems withthe machines or the parts they produce. 8. Working with theproduction team to meet deadlines and production goals. 9.Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhanceefficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

To be considered forthis role, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as aCNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proficiency inoperating CNC machinery, including lathes and mills. 3. Strongknowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation. 4. Excellentunderstanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). 5.Proven experience in producing precision machined parts. 6. Strongproblem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot issues withmachinery and parts. 7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment toproducing high-quality work. Interested in hearing more?
