We are looking for CNC Machinistswho have a drive for excellence and precision and experience with 4axis horizontal mill experience and lathe/mill turn experience. /nResponsibilities and Duties /n /n

• Produce quality parts on CNCmachines such as but not limited to lathes, Mill Turn, 3 AxisMilling, 4 Axis Milling, 5 Axis Milling /n
• Load parts, provetapes, operate controls, set offsets, perform edits, deburr andinspect /n
• Study and interpret drawings, manuals, andspecifications; determine dimensions and tolerances, performsequence of operations and setup measurements /n
• Interpretinspection data and make adjustments /n
• Measure and markdimensions and reference points for subsequent machining /n
• Detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining andadjust machine, controls, or control media as required to ensurequality of production. /n
• Communicate with supervisor, engineers,maintenance, quality and other shop personnel for assignments andto resolve machining or quality issues /n
• Keep equipment and workarea clean and orderly; perform preventative maintenance onequipment /n
• Adhere and comply with state and federal law, theCompany AS9100 quality program and procedures, Company policies andsafety and environmental regulations /n
• May perform other dutiesas assigned /n /n Qualifications and Skills /n /n
• High SchoolDiploma or GED. Technical/Vocational training desired. /n
• 2 yeardegree in Precision Machining, OR minimum of 2 years operating CNCmachines such as lathes, milling, and mill turn machines within acontrolled Mil-Aerospace or medical parts machining environment /n
• Experience machining medium to high complexity work /n
• Knowledge of programming language /n
• Proficient knowledge andapplication of precision measuring instruments and the applicationof such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited tocalipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators, and CMMexperience /n
• Knowledge of reading drawings and specificationswith an understanding of geometric tolerance and dimensions /n
• Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures,inserts and other accessories used on various machines /n
• Must beable to follow written and oral instructions /n
• Must be able tocommunicate in English (both oral and written) as it relates to thejob /n
• Must be adaptable to a changing work environment /n
• Mustpossess math skills to include but not limited to adding,subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for thepurpose of calculating material fabrication. /n
