$45,760 – $66,560 per yearshift: Secondwork hours: 3:30 PM – 12

AMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Programming and setting up various CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Selecting and preparing the correct tooling, fixturing, and materials for each job. Monitoring machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations and making necessary adjustments. Inspecting finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet precise dimensional and surface finish requirements using various measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the machining process. Maintaining accurate production records and documenting processes. Collaborating with engineers and quality control to optimize processes and improve product quality. Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
