Hydromat Machinist – set up, rotary transfer, troubleshoot A great southern opportunity with a long time company continuing togrow and invest in new capital equipment. They provide relocationto help new team members transition to their area. This is with aconsistently busy company offering overtime and career advancementopportunities. This position could lead to a team leader for theright individual. They are one of the largest Hydromat / rotarytransfer machining facilities in the southeast. The company has onenew Hydromat being delivered and another being built, in additionto the equipment currently in the department. Our client is alsoinvesting in additional equipment throughout other departments.

We are searching for candidates with direct Hydromat, rotarytransfer or Trunnion transfer machine set up experience. Theserotary transfer machines are both manual and CNC driven. Themachinist will work from prints and work instructions. Experiencesetting cutting tools, holders, collets, valves, units, machiningheads and injector rods. Knowledge of gauges used to align orindicate in heads and units is needed. Good problem solving skillsis needed. Machine repair is a plus.

MUST HAVE

a minimum of 3 years of set up experience on Hydromat orother brands of rotary transfer or Trunnion transfer machine tools.
