Salary:

JobDetails We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedMachinist/Programmer for a permanent position within our growingmanufacturing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for askilled professional who is passionate about precision machiningand programming. The successful candidate will be responsible foroperating and basic programming of CNC machines, readingblueprints, performing precision measurements.
Responsibilities:
1.Operate, set up, and basic programming of CNC machines to producehigh-quality parts according to specifications. 2. Read andinterpret technical blueprints and schematics to understand productspecifications and tolerances. 3. Perform precision measurementsusing micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensureproducts meet exact specifications. 4. Collaborate with theengineering team to develop and implement machining processes andprograms. 5. Maintain and perform regular checks on machinery,troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. 6. Follow allsafety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficientwork environment. 7. Continually seek to improve processes andoutcomes, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of ourmanufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 yearsof experience as a Machinist/Programmer in a manufacturing setting.2. Proven expertise in CNC machine operation and basic programming.3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technicaldrawings. 4. Demonstrated ability to perform precision measurementsand operate CNC machines. 5. Strong communication skills, with theability to effectively convey complex technical information. 6.Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining aclean and organized work area. 7. High school diploma or equivalentrequired; post-secondary training in machining, programming, or arelated field is preferred. Interested in hearing more?
