Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a CNC Machinist position in Archdale, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift.
This position requires candidates to have experience operating and programming CNC machines such as HAAS, ACCURPRESS, OMAX, and more. Must be able to read CAD drawings, use micrometers and calipers, and perform accurate, detailed work in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities for a CNC Machinist include but are not limited to:
Set up and operate various CNC machines (lathe, mill, press brake, waterjet)
Write, read, and edit CNC programs
Assemble parts per blue/drawing specs
Use measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Maintain a clean andanized work area
Material handling as needed
Assist with production and support tasks as assigned
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
Ability to read CAD drawings and interpret specifications
Familiarity with machines such as HAAS, ACCURPRESS, OMAX, Bridgeport
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods
Ability tomunicate and follow written/verbal instructions

$24.00/HOUR

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (+ occasional OT on Fridays)
Weekly paycheck

Location:

Archdale, NC
PPE required: Steel-toe shoes and safety glasses at time of interview

Pay Details:

$24.00 per hour
