We are seeking a dedicatedand enthusiastic skilled CNC Machine Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering top-notchservice and contributing to a positive and dynamic workenvironment. A successful candidate is able to adapt, works wellunder pressure and has a sense of urgency and understanding ofequipment reliability. As a key member of the FabricationManufacturing Group, the CNC Maintenance Technician repairs andmaintains various models of CNC machinery in accordance withdiagrams, sketches, operator manuals and manufacturer’sspecifications. This is a critical and strongly valued role in agrowing organization with a reputable and well-known presence inthe thermal design manufacturing industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenanceon facility CNC machinery and systems.
  • Respond to equipmentfailures and partnering with production management to prioritizerepairs according to customer demand and department goals/metrics.
  • Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
  • Disassemble CNCmachinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
  • Repairand replace broken or malfunctioning components of CNC machineryand equipment.
  • Install, test, repair and troubleshoot various CNCcontrols.
  • Partner with outside vendors as needed.
  • Maintain andsecure work tools.
  • Embrace 5S concepts and responsible forcleanliness of his/her own work area and the general housekeepingof the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fiveyears of CNC repair/maintenance experience in a similar typemanufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with and strongknowledge of HASS machinery.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills withthe ability to change direction with minimal notice.
  • Ability toread blueprints, mechanical drawings.
  • Dedication to completeduties so customer demands are satisfied, and production goals aremet.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize, organize andtackle problems simultaneously with a positive outcome.
PHYSICALDEMANDS

While performing the duties of this position, the employeeis regularly required to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feeland control objects or tools. The employee is regularly required tostand and occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, orcrawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, andoccasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance.

WORKENVIRONMENT

While performing the essential functions of thisposition, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical partsand is exposed to airborne particles and chemicals. The noise levelis usually very loud. The employee is required to wear safetyglasses, hearing protection and steel toed boots.
