Job Overview:

We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join a high-performing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts for both short-run and long-run production. You’ll read and interpret engineering drawings, setup sheets, and process documentation to ensure finished parts meet exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts that meet engineering and quality standards
Interpret technical drawings, including GD&T, and follow setup instructions
Perform full setups: tooling installation, offset adjustments, and minor program edits
Use precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges,parators, microscopes) for in-process inspection
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections
Maintain detailed logs of production activity, tool usage, and inspections
Keep a clean,anized, and OSHApliant work area
Safely handle materials throughout the machining process

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience, including setup and tooling
Ability to read blues and interpret GD&T
Familiarity with G-code and the ability to make minor on-machine edits
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Proficient in using precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $31.00 per hour
