Job Description

Precision Machine Builder Schleuniger, Inc. Manchester, NH 03103 We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to join our Operations team in Manchester, NH. Precision Machine Builder – Manchester, NH As a Precision Machine Builder at Schleuniger, your main responsibilities include the electro-mechanical assembly of machines and subassemblies and working in other areas of operations to provide additional capacity and backup. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, working at our Manchester, NH location.

Main Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Perform machine assembly according to project specifications Assemble and install machine components/subassemblies Inspect and test completed machines to ensure they function correctly Understand and implement quality control standards Collaborate with engineering teams to build and modify machines according to specific customer needs Ensure all machines comply with safety regulations and operational standards Document machine information, including assembly procedures, test results, and maintenance records Ensure proper packaging of completed machines Other warehouse tasks as assigned. What you bring to the table: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical assembly or service. Proven work experience as a Machine Builder, Mechanical Assembler, or in a similar role. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, precision measurement instruments, and machinery. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams is essential. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is necessary. Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during machine assembly and operation. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with a team, including engineers, technicians, and other builders. Quality control skills to ensure that machines are built to meet required specifications. Time management skills to complete tasks within specified deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
