⚐ ⚑ ⚑ CNC Machinist (Exeter, NH) compensation: $32-$36 employment type: experience level: mid level job title: CNC Machinist We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. As a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities Operate and perform minor changeovers on various types of CNC equipment including vertical, horizontal and 5 axis milling machines. Prepare and load parts. Perform in-process inspection using measuring tools. Perform post-machining operators (deburring, cleaning). Setup cutting tools and perform machine tool changes. Perform minor edits to CNC program. Ensure all 5s standards are being met. Accurate data entry skills are needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years experience in a CNC manufacturing environment. Prior work experience in an AS9100 manufacturing preferred, not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machine operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Able to use tactile and optical measuring tools. Ability to use micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial indicators. Able to modify basic CNC programs. Excellent temp-hire opportunity. 2nd shift Monday – Thursday, 3pm-1:30am Must pass a background check.
