Major Responsibilities & Essential Functions Use precisiontools, machinery, and equipment such as lathes, manual millingmachines, drill presses, hydraulic presses, band saws, and avariety of cutting tools and equipment Fabricate and shape partssuch as tools and machine parts out of metal Properly and safelyselect, align, secure, and remove holding fixtures, cutting tools,attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines Recognize,deploy, and properly use inserts, fixtures, and tooling Read andinterpret engineering drawings and blueprints of work to beperformed and follows instructions
