We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker/Machinist with prior machineshop experience. (Applicants without this experience will not beconsidered) Our shop is a modern, climate-controlled facilitycertified to

2008 / AS9100 standards. Conveniently locatedin Whitehouse, NJ, we’re easily accessible from Routes 78 and 22.Responsibilities Set up and run high-precision, close-tolerancejobs Work primarily in the medical/biomedical sector, withoccasional aerospace projects Assemble custom-built machines asrequired Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematicsBuild and wire custom electrical control panels Maintain a clean,organized, and safe work environment Set up and operate millingmachines and lathes to fabricate precision tools and components.

Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to ensure accuratemanufacturing processes. Utilize precision measuring instrumentssuch as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions andtolerances. Perform routine maintenance on machinery andtroubleshoot any operational issues. Qualifications Provenexperience in a machine shop environment Strong manual machiningskills Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionSelf-starter with problem-solving skills Experience with machineassembly and light electrical work is a plus Strong mechanicalknowledge and experience in manufacturing and tooling Proficiencyin machining techniques and use of precision measuring instruments,including calipers and micrometers Experience with GD&TUnderstanding of

ISO 9001

standards and quality control processesAbility to work with hand tools and fabrication techniques

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 -50 per week

Schedule:

5×8 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to FridayNo weekends
