Duties Operate CNC machines, milling machines, and other power tools to fabricate parts according to specifications. Utilize measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions. Assist in programming CNC machines, including familiarity with Mazatrol systems. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with senior machinists and engineers to troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining is a plus. Basic understanding of machining processes and tooling. Familiarity with CNC operation, programming, and setup is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while following detailed instructions.
