We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision components according to blueprints and specificationsPerform tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor programming edits as neededInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure qualityInterpret technical drawings and machining instructionsTroubleshoot and resolve basic machine issuesWork with team members and engineers to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a precision machining environmentProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&TAbility to use precision measuring instruments accuratelyAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be reliableBrinkman Precision, Inc. offers competitive wages and excellent benefits including:
