NIGHT SHIFT

Position Responsible foroperating and maintaining assigned Machine to produce high-qualitymachined parts according to specifications. This role requiresstrong technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitmentto safety and quality.

• Set up assigned Machines according to jobspecifications and blueprints.
• Operate Machines to performmachining operations such as milling, drilling, and tapping.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced withintolerance and meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenanceon machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments tomaintain production efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts fordefects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Followsafety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuriesin the workplace.
• Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment. Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent;technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• Experience operating in a manufacturing environment.
• Experiencewith Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controller is a must.
• Must beexperienced with setting up and qualifying weldments.
• Strongunderstanding of machining principles and practices.
• Proficiencyin reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to useprecision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, andgauges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goodcommunication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
