The ideal candidate will have experience setting up,running, and monitoring CNC mills, lathes, Mazak machining centers,and other machinery and tools to machine parts to specification.
This is a fulltime 2nd shift position working Monday through Fridayfrom 2:00pm until 10:30pm. We offer competitive pay, health anddental insurance, paid company holidays, paid time off, and a 401Kretirement plan.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Perform machinesetup and hands-on machining of AM parts using CNC milling machinesand lathes and other machines and equipment, program computers orelectronic instruments. /n
- Study sample parts, blueprints,drawings, or engineering information to determine methods orsequences of operations needed to fabricate parts. /n
- Set up andoperate CNC machines and related equipment to include choosing andloading appropriate tools and fixtures. Align and secure holdingfixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materialsonto machines. /n
- Run programs, perform measurements, and makeadjustments as necessary to meet specifications and standards.
Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need foradjustments or repairs. /n
- Read blueprints, CAD files, or otherinstructional documentss to achieve required dimensional accuracy.
Calculate dimensions or tolerances using instruments such asmicrometers or vernier calipers. /n
- Track time and job status.
Sign in and out to record machine activity. /n
- Review andrequisition tooling required for jobs. /n
- Measure, examine, ortest completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance tospecifications. /n
- Inspect work and perform quality checks incollaboration with quality inspectors; record data per inspectionplans as required. /n
- Evaluate machining procedures and recommendchanges or modifications for improved efficiency or adaptability.

Qualifications:
High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years’experience with HAAS or similar Lathes and Machining Centers;ability to read blueprints, use basic measuring equipment(calipers, micrometers, and digital indicators etc.), basiccomputers skills, understanding of basic math, sound problemsolving skills, strong eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity,working knowledge of G-Code and GD&T, and strong interpersonaland communication skills are required.
