Salary:

$30 – $38 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced CNC Machinist to join our team. This role is apermanent, full-time position within our fast-paced manufacturingenvironment. You will be responsible for the setup, operation, andmaintenance of CNC machines, producing precision parts to exactspecifications. Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Operateand maintain CNC machines, including Haas mills and lathes, toproduce precision parts. 2. Read and interpret blueprints,drawings, and specifications to determine machine setup andproduction sequence. 3. Measure and inspect parts using precisionmeasurement tools to ensure they meet specifications. 4. Calibrateand adjust machines and equipment to maintain accuracy and ensureoptimal performance. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues withmachines and equipment to minimize downtime and maintainproductivity. 6. Follow quality control procedures to ensure theproduction of high-quality parts. 7. Collaborate with team membersand other departments to improve processes and efficiency. 8.Adhere to all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe andproductive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. High school diplomaor equivalent required. Post-secondary education in machining,manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturingenvironment. 3. Proficient with Haas mills or lathes and familiarwith other CNC machines. 4. Strong knowledge of precision partsmanufacturing and tooling. 5. Proficient in reading andinterpreting blueprints and technical drawings. 6. Experience withprecision measurement tools and equipment calibration. 7. Excellenttroubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve machine andequipment issues. 8. Familiarity with quality control proceduresand standards. 9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producinghigh-quality products. 11. Excellent time management skills withthe ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 12. Mustbe physically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavyobjects. 13. Understanding of GD&T 14. Adherence to ISO 9001requirements & safety protocols.
