Expectations of Your Role:
Efficiently set up and direct operations on sophisticated CNC machines (2-4 axis and 5+ axis). Leverage advanced programming skills with G-Code and M-Code. Analyze technical blueprints to ensure accurate part production. Maintain rigorous quality and efficiency standards through adept use of shop math. Perform regular maintenance to optimize machinery lifespan and output. Collaborate with production teams, contribute innovatively, and help us optimize machine processes. Qualifications We Value:
A solid track record as a CNC machinist. Extensive knowledge of CNC tools, as well as G-Code and M-Code operational syntax. Skilled in blueprint analysis and comfortable with CAM software applications. Experience with renowned machine brands like Star, Haas, etc., is advantageous.
