Fridays Job Details Key Responsibilities:

OperateCNC Turning and Milling machines to produce high-qualitycomponents. Utilize knowledge of machining processes, toolspecifications, and material characteristics to ensure efficientoperation. Conduct thorough quality inspections using precisionmeasuring instruments and adhere to quality control documentation.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintainmachine productivity. Participate actively in 6S and continuousimprovement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Ability to interpret partdrawings and work instructions. Proficiency in CNC lathe operation(Miyano, Mori) and/or CNC milling (Makino, HAAS, Brother). Strongmechanical aptitude with above-average manual dexterity. Basicunderstanding of geometric and trigonometric formulas; intermediatemath skills preferred. Interested in hearing more?
